The Manhattan Beach Hill Section rises above the coastline just South of Manhattan Beach Blvd, West of Sepulveda, and East of the jogging path located between the streets of Valley and Ardmore.
In the recent years, Manhattan Beach has been bestowed the title of "The Beverly Hills of the South Bay". This type of accolade is a distant truth to the small town soul that exists at the very heart of this beach community. However, should one neighborhood dare approach this notion, it would most likely be the Manhattan Beach Hill Section.
The Hill Section is composed of some of the largest home lots in Manhattan Beach that are located West of Sepulveda Boulevard. The Hill Section is divided in two sections by the hill's apex.
