Peace in the Beach Cities
I was a first-time home purchaser when I purchased my home through Dan Byers and really needed some hand holding. I had very little experience in looking for and in evaluating properties and was in fact unfamiliar with the South Bay market and area altogether. There seemed to be so many different factors for me to consider in finding a property suitable for my lifestyle and the actual process of purchasing a home (finding a loan, inspecting the property, negotiating the price, etc.) was foreign to me as well. In sum, the whole task of finding a property and then going through escrow was daunting to me.
But Dan Byers made the task relatively painless and even enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the South Bay area and walked me through the pros and cons of various properties with the area and future market in mind. He was especially patient and understanding as I asked many, many questions, looked at everything on the market in my price range, and deliberated over whether to purchase a single family home or instead opt for a multi-dwelling property where I could earn rental income while living on the property. Dan's professionalism, patience, and knowledge got me through it all in about a month and half. My "first time" was really not that bad. Thanks, Dan.
